Since April 2nd this year, MAZZEL has started their own radio show on Tokyo FM, MAZZEL RADIO STATION!
This post is different from previous ones because it was a public recording, with an audience, of MAZZEL RADIO STATION!
Brief Summary
The public recording was held on October 26, with the eventual broadcast of the event split into two parts.
Part 1 was broadcasted on October 29, 2023
Part 2 was broadcasted on November 5, 2023
Members were split into two teams:
TEAM CARNIVAL (Part 1) - SEITO, NAOYA, RAN, HAYATO
TEAM LIGHTNING (Part 2) - KAIRYU, TAKUTO, RYUKI, EIKI
All members were present for greetings and intro talk before giving the floor to four members, and they all return for thank you's!
In Part 2, it included the following special segments:
- FM Intro MAZZEL: Earlier in [MAZZ RAJI] 🦅, 🐥, 🐹 did a challenge like this before [August 6th episode]. Members introduce a song within the first few seconds [before the opening line starts]
- MAZZEL TRACKS SURVIVAL!: a staple segment on Mazz Raji, it was made extra special for the public recording! Each member chose a song, but only one song can be picked for airplay. Members weren't allowed to say what song they picked. Only why they chose it and their reasons. The winner will be determined by the number of audiences clapping!
Note: Unfortunately, the recording I was listening to cuts off the episode after each member introduces their song in the MAZZEL TRACKS SURVIVAL segment. Although I found out who the audience picked, we don't get to listen to him thanking the audience or the other members' thoughts on his song choice :(

🦔: The song I have is from a boy group. I recently went to see their live with a certain member. Their group also has three rappers. They’re a group with a lot of influence right now and I want us to be like them and chose a song with that in mind. Please clap for meeee
⚾: I lost against 🦔 earlier (because they both chose BUTTERFLY for the promo intro corner), so I’m going to win this time! 💪🔥The song I chose was a song that a MUZE recommended to me when we had the Online Meet & Greets for Lightning. It was a song that really cheered me up and made me feel a lot of emotions. To summarize the lyrics, it goes, “with this voice, these dreams and these days, it’s not just me but has meaning because of you”. To be recommended this song from a MUZE too [their fans], that’s pretty crazy right? I would listen to this before important days, like today. When I write blogs thinking of MUZEs… I want the song’s message to reach not just MUZEs but also the members so I hope this song can be played
🦦: The song I chose was released quite a while ago, but I started listening to it only recently. It appeared on my Youtube [algorithm] while I was watching something. It wasn’t a MV but a live performance video. The way they used their voice and emoted was really awesome. It’s a song I haven’t really listened to but I truly became a fan after this song. It’s a song that hit my heart and I really like how they put their emotions into their performance so I chose this!
☕: You guys oshi us right? Just like you oshi us, I also have an oshi group. This song I chose is the first song I listened to after I started following them. Just like you were waiting for Carnival after Lightning, we understand that better than anyone. That’s why we understand MUZEs more than anyone else and we’ll strive to do our best too.
