Climbers 2025 conference was held on May 8 - 9, 2025 for any working employee to attend. The conference included speakers from various fields of work (medicine, start-ups, marketing, etc.). SKY-HI was part of the speakers line-up and spoke for the session on May 9, 2025.

Records of the speakers in their sessions were made available online, free to view until the end of May as long as one has an account registered with the Climbers 2025 website.

Touyou Keizai (TK) Deep Inside sat down with SKY-HI to talk to him about managing his company, BMSG, and his views on the state of the Japanese music industry.

A two-part video was shared on Touyou Keizai's YouTube channel on December 27 and 28, 2024 respectively, with the overall interview being approximately one hour and 27 minutes.

In Part 1, SKY-HI shares with TK Deep Inside the state of the Japanese music industry, what is BMSG doing differently, the success of D.U.N.K., and how BMSG will tackle "the world".

In Part 2, SKY-HI goes into a bit more detail about what the atmosphere at BMSG is like and how he communicates with his employees. He also shares some information on No No Girls, the newly established label – Bullmoose Records, and ends with him sharing with viewers his dream for BMSG in the next five to ten years.

Note: Some of what he discusses in Part 1 of TK Deep Inside overlaps with what he shared on the WBS Economy News Academy interview. If some things are familiar, it is because they are pretty much the same questions, phrased differently, lol.

On December 24, 2024, SKY-HI had a second interview with Economy News Academy on World Business Satellite (formerly TeleTo BIZ).

Compared to the interview in 2023 that talked about the state of the Japanese entertainment and music industry, the interview in 2024 focused on SKY-HI and BMSG's goals to expand overseas, what they've discovered and what their plans are. The interview also features SKY-HI discussing at length about Japanese music industry's reliance on the CD business model and a need to move to streaming services to keep the industry sustainable and functioning.

Also included in the interview in 2024 is a tour of the new BMSG office as well as interviews with BMSG Artists (BE:FIRST) and BMSG managers (Section 1, 2, 4, Trainee's Base).

On December 25, 2024, the full interview - one hour 27 minutes - was available on YouTube for 48 hours, the version that remains is an abridged, 26 minutes version.
