BE:FIRST's main choreographer has been s**t kingz since the auditions. For "Scream" in BE:1, Kazuki was the choreographer.
Kazuki has his own YouTube channel where he explains dances he choreographs, the translation that follows is his behind-the-scenes talk on the choreo and some of his comments on the members.

Kazuki was there (with boss obviously) when BE:FIRST filmed the dance performance vid. He actually made some camerawork suggestions as well (such as asking the camera to follow the head movements of Shunty for the opening line).
Some bts:
kazuki's points for this choreo: nails, the zombie-ish movements (Kazuki said it was somewhat inspired by Michael Jackson's "Thriller")
BE:FIRST gets better every time kazuki sees them. Souchin having been a dance champion before & dance leader in BE:FIRST really pushes the rest of the members to tighten and brush up their choreo. Kazuki+show-hey can tell from the video parts where the members agreed to let loose / freestyle a bit and parts where they agreed they gotta look in synch
Souchin was really excited to know kazuki is the choreographer (kazuki thought he did choreo for them already, and he's a little right (kazuki did "Move On"), but Souchin was in Team Be Free at the time, so never had kazuki choreo till "Scream")
Manager-san sent souchin-ryoki's death glare bit to kazuki every time they practiced it and what they brushed up on
souchin vibing during the last chorus was not intentional, he just got really into it. He later asked if they need to retake, kazuki said it's completely fine.
kazuki didn't really give much acting directions, a lot of it was kazuki giving very general advice. For the dance performance vid the members got it looking 💯 🔥
Some things pointed out by show-hey or kazuki:
Ryoki's work as an actor really helps with his expressiveness in MVs
Manaty adds his own flair into the choreo
Junon getting better at dancing
How is Ryuhei still in his teens (His expressions and "isolation" during the transition. His cleverness with the camerawork by completely shielding his face from the camera during his laugh. Both of them wouldn't have thought of it.)
Leo and Shunto's expression during Ryoki's joker laugh; everyone staying in character even when the camera isn't on them 👍
Souchin growing from purely a dancer to artist. Which got them talking about the difference between an artist / dancer. Usually during parts in a song when there's no need to move, you ask a dancer to stop, they stop, but artists continue to build the mood and vibe of the song even when they're asked to walk or stand still. Though when they see Souchin dance they can tell when dancer-Souchin comes out because of the way his body responds to the music / beats (re: his dance during the final chorus 😂 )
Please note I translate these for free, so they may not be super perfect.
