This can be suffocating if the person who sets those norms are strict or has a very strong sense of justice, but in LEO's case his personality and the way he welcomes jabs from the members makes it easy for [BE:FIRST] to say, "Let's listen to what LEO-kun says." I think, and that's a very wonderful talent.
BE:FIRST has a 'no teasing' rule, which turned out to be a very good thing for them. I think LEO's lovability shines through in a positive way. His character has become even more important. I think LEO and I were able to set very good team relationship values together [for the group].
LEO thinks about a lot of things. He wants to take the group in a good direction, he wants the group to do a good job. The benefits of having someone like this, let alone someone like LEO - are greater than what LEO thinks of himself, or what the members think of him. He is a great help [to us].
When I talk about LEO, the spotlight inevitably always falls on his personality and character... It's a talent that is very hard to obtain.
