SKY-HI – Management no Hanashi, Summary slash own thoughts

In 2023, SKY-HI released another book, Management no Hanashi, with Nikkei.

Since I follow and read the Nikkei interview series, Be myself, for ourselves, I thought I'll buy it whenever I had the chance to be in Japan. I was also guessing based on the title that boss may drop some gems on management and his company, BMSG.

SKY-HI & BMSG – BMSG Staff Recruitment Video for BizReach

On July 18, 2024 BMSG posted recruitment information on the Japanese job search platform, BizReach. Roles such as CxO, artist manager, A&R, and many more are open. There are a total of 10 BMSG positions available for BizReach members to apply (no registration cost if you want to sign up for an account on BizReach).

Other than a special feature interview with BMSG CEO and producer, SKY-HI, a recruitment video was made to go along with it. I've translated the video below.
