🌏: After saying a request of a lifetime, I thought it would be interesting to know how trivial things could be said about the relationship between the two people [in the song]. When you say “Please lend me 1 million!” after saying a request of a lifetime.. It’s very different from asking if you can pass the remote right. It’s a bit too real, asking for 1 million. [Asking to pass the remote] isn’t a big deal, and you’ll probably continue to say it at times, so you may keep asking it for a lifetime. I wanted to write about a relationship where… you have this request that you’ll keep asking for a lifetime, and the other person understands and accepts it too.

🌏 actually couldn’t remember how he started writing the song, but it came from everyday, mundane things, like the remote or adding water to the diffuser, etc.
There are obviously some word plays but for this song they tried to go for a more subtle feel
“Kiken na Asobi”
🐉 saw this at their live in Zepp Haneda
🌏said he thought of each consecutive note individually rather than as a melody or chord, it was a new and strange song-making method but it’s an important song for him
The song didn’t get a lot of feedback when it was released, so he felt down. However, during the pandemic there were people that found the song and told him they enjoyed it. Although it took some time, it made him happy to know this song reached them.
Then 🌏asked what 🐉 preferred, to get feedback from fans about a song right away or some gaps in time.
🐉 says he prefers the latter because he – as an artist – has spent time soaking in the song but he understands how hearing feedback right away links directly with your motivation for the next step.
