🐢: It was! Crazy! There were some things that were similar to his previous dome concert, but I think it’s great he has kept on going.

🐢: There isn’t one song you don’t know ( 🧨: Mm!). What I like about Bruno Mars is, his band members + crew also look like they’re having a good time. I’ve seen a variety of overseas artists, but it’s especially so for Bruno Mars. There’s a lot of songs you’d know so it’s like, you don’t have to watch him, you can watch the other crews too. They all perform like this is their live too.

🌏 writes a lot in his spare time (not related to music). It’s different from writing lyrics, he can use feelings and emotions to write something. Writing a story, writing characters, the characters have minds of their own and may not move as you want them to. With music, even if you’re stuck, you have inspiration / can move again listen to music or the melody. When writing a story, you can get stuck or the plot can’t move forward unless the characters do something.
He does get offers to write (mostly non-fiction), but if there’s extra time after all that, he enjoys writing his own stories.
🌏likes reading novels written by young people who have freshly debut as a new author and won awards for it. The awards are really hard to win (in Japan) and very few people make it and get to publish their novel (from what he says, you have to win the award in order to publish your novel). He finds that similar to music, where not many people get to debut, so he wants to know what they are thinking and what their story / perspective is, since one’s time as a “rookie” is very short.
🌏: Fiction and lyrics are completely different, but there’d be words that pop up in a story sometimes that read like lyrics, so I like that connection.
🐉: It does seem like if you do music you can relate to the author in some way
🌏 started band in junior year of high school. Finding a place to practice was a constant struggle, because studios either opened at 10am or 12pm. He was a student so he didn’t have money, so he’d look for studios that had rates at 1000 yen per hour, then tell the teacher he’s going to the bathroom but he’s actually calling to make reservations.
Him and his band never had a chance to perform at his school’s cultural festival. He thinks that’s why him and his crew worked so hard due to not having that experience. Nobody in his school knew that he was doing band, he didn’t want people to know. He dropped out of high school and started performing in live houses with his band.
