Some BTS info on the making of Mainstream, was published by THE FIRST TIMES. The following is a brief summary:

Editing took more than 720 hours

To really showcase the line, “from the bottom to the top”, underground locations to 123 m tall buildings were sought out for permission for filming.

154 extras (dancers)

Drones and helicopters were used

The Tokyo highway too, was used to reflect a futuristic Tokyo.

BE:FIRST's "Smile Again" was choreographed by all of s**t kingz, Kazuki uploaded not only a dance cover, behind-the-scenes (of the dance cover), but also invited Oguri, Shoji (s**t kingz), and his good friend Show-hey to watch BE:FIRST's "Smile Again" Dance Performance Video.

As they watched, they all provided insight into how they formed the choreography and which member of s**t kingz choreographed which part!

BE:FIRST's main choreographer has been s**t kingz since the auditions. For "Scream" in BE:1, Kazuki was the choreographer.

Kazuki has his own YouTube channel where he explains dances he choreographs, the translation that follows is his behind-the-scenes talk on the choreo and some of his comments on the members.

All companies in Japan report on their book keeping yearly, and BMSG is not the exception. However, since BMSG is a privately owned company (i.e. there are no external investors), their reports are not particularly detailed.

It's important to take into account that BMSG's financial years run from June to June, since according to SKY-HI they started keeping books of the company in June 2020.

On November 11, 2022, SKY-HI was part of the stu SPECIAL SESSION pannel on the SOCIAL INNOVATION WEEK 2022, a Japanese business-centered event.

stu is a company that works with BMSG in the shooting of music videos.

The panel was comprised of SKY-HI, Tanaka Shinichi (screenwriter/film director), Kuroda Takayasu (stu CEO), Lauren Rose Kocher (stu COO), and Osada Shinko (executive producer of the SOCIAL INNOVATION WEEK).
