bmsgSummary of BE:FIRST's J-Wave SPARK MONDAY #30 from August 1, 2022
Following BE:FIRST's major debut in November, 2021, they had their first regular radio program with J-Wave SPARK MONDAY starting January, 2022. Other than responding to listener messages and questions, the boys also established their own corners and reacted to music submissions from listeners later on.
Note 1: The following is a summary rather than full-on transcriptions of the show. Will sometimes include notes / comments by me in square brackets or a context note at the end of an episode.
Note 2: Episodes of SPARK MONDAY starting August, 2022 is when I started making the summaries longer, so each week's episode will be its own post!
Note 3: This episode was broadcasted the day of the digital release of "Be Free (Re-recorded)" which started the digital release of songs from THE FIRST in each week of August, 2022 leading up to the physical release of BE:FIRST's first album, BE:1. You can read more about BE:1 on the BMSG Wiki!

bruhhh they all went to watch "One Piece Movie: Red" without Ryoki? 😭
A BESTY asked who's the "most comforting" (honestly, it's difficult trying to find an english equivalent for this word) --
Shunto: It's Leo isn't it? 🦁 ☀️ He's easily carried away (aka easily fooled 😂)
Manati: Um, no one? Maybe Ryuhei? We're all older than him so we kinda feel that way when we see him.
re-recording "Be Free":
Manati -- Since the audition, they've actually performed this song many times (as beef more than as "Team Be Free") and do improvs / different arrangements with each performance. So the emphasis on "showing improvement" was actually a little hard. (? I think that's what i got, granted I'm also quite tired and sleepy right now)
Shunty -- everyone's voices have changed. He's surprised how young everyone sounds in the audition version.
IDK if it's boss, but let's just say it's boss. His take on the re-recording for Be Free was to let the members listen to the audition version and then they go in the booth to do the new one immediately after 👀 🧐
and the boys wanted Jonas Blue to do a Shining one Taishou one of these days, LOL
